Il Borgo è una dimora storica del 1263 situata ai piedi del monte Tezio, a Perugia, nella frazione di Cenerente. La struttura è immersa in un luogo affascinante, fuori dai rumori e dal traffico cittadino, a pochi minuti dal centro storico del capoluogo umbro. L’intero complesso è stato recuperato salvaguardando i materiali originari, impiegando il sapiente lavoro degli artigiani del luogo. The hamlet is a beautiful historic mansion dated back to 1263; it is situated in the quiet and peaceful village of Cenerente (Perugia, near Assisi), between mount Tezio and the hill of Canneto. The palace is surrounded by beautiful scenery, far away from any noise and traffic, but at the same time it is ten minutes from Perugia city center. Ogni singolo spazio è stato curato diversificandolo per forma e superficie, per rendere unica la permanenza di ciascun ospite. Ogni appartamento della dimora storica è dotato di cucina propria con frigorifero, congelatore, piano cottura, lavastoviglie e forno. Gli appartamenti del borgo medievale sono provvisti di stoviglie, piatti, posate e bicchieri, tovagliato, asciugamani da bagno e biancheria per la camera da letto. Tutte le zone giorno della villa, oltre al tavolo conviviale, sono munite di divano letto matrimoniale. Gli appartamenti della residenza d’epoca sono di diverse dimensioni, con una o due camere da letto matrimoniali o doppie, ciascuna con bagno proprio, vasca o doccia, e possono ospitare da due fino a sei posti l’uno. I soggiorni vanno da un minimo di due notti.   Il Borgo è situato a 10 minuti da Perugia centro storico e a venti minuti da Assisi e dal Lago Trasimeno. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti svariati intrattenimenti, tra cui campo da golf, lago per la pesca sportiva, passeggiate guidate al Parco naturale del Monte Tezio ed equitazione. Localita’ Ramazzano - Pg ( Umbria ) Villa Casolare è una casa colonica ristrutturata di 230 mq circa, all’interno di un Agriturismo vicino a Gubbio ed Assisi.  E’  arredato con mobili originali d’epoca, si compone di 2  Cottage e si trova su due piani ….  Al Primo piano si trovano: 2 soggiorni con camino, 2 cucine completamente  attrezzate per rendere il soggiorno il  più  agevole possibile con utilizzo di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a convezione,  microonde, e tutti gli utensili di cucina), 2 camera triple con letti antichi originali (uno dei 2 apparteneva ad un conte di fine ‘700) in legno intagliato e 2 bagni con doccia e cabina di cristallo. Il secondo piano si affaccia sul primo piano da un bel soppalco in legno, creando uno scenario meraviglioso, composto da 2 camere da letto quadruple ognuna con  letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli, entrambe arredate con mobili antichi originali, ed impreziosite da due favolosi letti a baldacchino forgiati a mano da noto artigiano di Città di castello ..  Per completare questo splendido relax abbiamo 2 ampi bagni con vasca idromassaggio.   Troviamo inoltre  2 TV  LED 40 POLLICI con ricevitore satellitare, grande giardino con patio mobiliato con con tavolo e sedie  e la fortuna di avere la piscina, proprio lì davanti. Il parco è curato con grande attenzione, ha bellissimi alberi e piante che impreziosiscono  il giardino con colore delicato e che profumano l’aria con le essenze più dolci dall’inizio della primavera fino alla fine dell’estate. Il parco è ideale per passeggiate a piedi, in bicicletta, e ogni altra attività sempre nella piu’ assoluta privacy. La piscina misura14x5m  ed è priva di sostanze chimiche e si trova proprio in mezzo a questo paradiso, totalmente privato e situato in una posizione panoramica .
